It features 22 hand-foraged botanicals sourced exclusively from the windswept landscapes of Islay, creating a gin of remarkable character and local terroir. Beyond the traditional juniper, coriander, and other classic botanicals, The Botanist incorporates locally-harvested ingredients including water mint, wood sage, aniseed myrtle, and other wild herbs and plants found on the island.
