Ardbeg 10 Years Spirit

Ardbeg 10 Years is a flagship Islay single malt Scotch whisky renowned for its bold, smoky character and complex flavor profile. Aged for a minimum of 10 years in ex-bourbon casks, this expression delivers the distinctive peaty intensity that Ardbeg is famous for. On the nose, aromas of hot peat smoke, sea salt, and maritime brine dominate, with subtle notes of citrus and vanilla emerging. The palate is rich and smoky with layered flavors of peat, iodine, seaweed, and hints of caramel sweetness, balanced by a warming spice. The finish is long and lingering with persistent peat smoke and a touch of oak. This is a quintessential Islay whisky that exemplifies the region's robust, peaty style and stands as an excellent introduction to heavily peated Scotch whiskies.
